Large Leather Ottoman in Westholme, British Columbia for sale

Large black leather ottoman (tufted top, not the smooth top) in the photo. It has two pull out drawers to store your remote control or blankets. It's a nice soft place to put your feet while watching TV and can double as extra seating. Your coffee table can't do that! It's in very good condition - no wear or tears. Dark brown wooden feet lift it a couple inches off the floor. 4' 10" long x 2' wide. New cost was over $900. Selling for $300.
Also for sale - Brighten up your living room with a comfy sofa & matching chair. Modern red on red patterned fabric. Both are in good condition and were in a non-smoking, no pet home. Despite what it looks like in some of the photos, the couch does not glow and it is not pink. $350 for the pair.
But wait, there's more...We also have three wooden end tables for sale. Dark brown. Good condition. They also looks great with the red furniture and the black ottoman. $40 each.
Also, the area carpet in the photo is included. It's about 7' 9 x 11' 10". Mostly greens, black with some golden colors. It is VERY soft (silky). Good condition. No smoking, no pets house. Carpet is in Victoria. $100
The above items do not have to be purchased together (but they do look good together). All are currently in a storage unit in Ladysmith area and I may be able to deliver to someone in the area or south down to Victoria.
