Rarely used but maintained 5th Wheel. 24½ ft. (more like 26' total) 1 slide. Rear entry, rear kitchen, queen bed, fold down couch, table converts to bed. Sink and a half. Lots of counter space. Lots of storage. 2 way Fridge has separate freezer. 3 burner stove with gas oven. Large awning. Air conditioner. Gas furnace. Never smoked in, no pets in it either. Microwave used once. All other appliances in near new condition. Super clean rig. Has had some necessary repairs but is a tight unit. Sleeps 6. Winter heated. Comes with winter cover, house battery, sewer hose, and all the manuals. Our half ton pulled it. 3600 lb. dry weight.
