We are a family of 3 consisting of myself, my husband and my 15 yr old daughter. We have no pets, we don't smoke, we don't party, we have 5 years of excellent rental history with references. My husband works 40+ hrs a weeks at a great job in construction. I work from home as a book keeper (I am also a retired Hotel Manager and Chambermaid) I am now permanently disabled with a guaranteed pension. We have good credit and 4 sources of income. My daughter is very well behaved and is in school full time. We are quiet and respectful. I am a home body as I home school my daughter. Our current home was just sold and we are to vacate Feb 28th 2019.
What we are looking for:
2 bedroom Apartment month to month no lease
Laundry facilities either in suite or in the building
Safe environment away from partiers
Well maintained building
$1000 (hot water included) or less without inclusion
Located in Duncan close to amenities
Parking for 1-2 vehicles (We have a 2019 Chevy Spark) but we plan on getting a second vehicle soon.
