1992 Mitsubishi Delica Super Exceed L300 in Westholme, British Columbia for sale

Reliable but rough around the edges. I've used it everyday for four years and it has never let me down. Seats 7, 2 captains chairs, 185,519 kms, 2.5 liter turbo diesel 4x4, recent oil change, starts every time. Automatic.
Here is what I know it needs:
Headlight bulbs, I never had to drive it at night and had one working headlight, recently the working one burnt out also. High beams work fine. Have Replacement Headlight assemblies with bulbs.
Rear gate door has to be opened from inside. Probably easy fix.
Has the leaky foot, typical delica issue. So front mats get wet with heavy rain. Apparently there is a diy video on google.
Could use some exhaust work. Tips corroded.
4x4 needs the linkage looked at, so I'm told, doesn't engage. 2wd works completely fine. Crack on windshield, mostly passenger side along the bottom.
Can be driven away, I think its too good to part out still...just needs some attention...great work van, and they are fun to drive. Brakes are good, tires are decent. I would drive this anywhere at the moment and confident I would get to where i'm going, just need some tlc. Would make a perfect family van or work van.
