Great shape trail or that we have been living in for a year and a half. the trail or its self is 1800 if you would like the 12X12 edition it is 2500. of course it is an older trail or So needs a little TLC everything works other than the propane heater needs a new starter and there is a minor leak behind the toilet out of the grey freshwater tube. That peice of tube is cheap and an easy fix we currently just have towl behind toilet as it is such a minor leak. We have put work into updating and cleaning trail or including putting in a new invertor in 2014 through road runner services, we ripped the carpet out in the bedroom and put laminate flooring in, we painted the bathroom and bedroom a deep red and got rid of the yucky wallpaper, we also tore out the shower curtain a d replaced it with a nice plastic rod and plastic curtain for more light and easy cleaning. We also have the edition set up for a fireplace which keeps the entire place warm through winter saving you hundreds of dollars on propane heat. Has a mobile home roof on top as regular trail or roof leaks over bedroom however if you want to use this as a camping trailor opposed to living in it a patch job on the roof is all you would need :-)
